The purpose of the School Improvement Plan (SIP) is to assure that all students learn, i.e., Equity, Title I and Title 6, Special Education, Child Nutrition, Vocational, Restructuring, Goals 2000, Break the Mold Schools, Curriculum Frameworks, performance on norm-referenced or criterion-referenced tests, State Education Goals and National Education Goals.

Using our Customized Scan Service, you can choose the questions you need. Each questionnaire form has a total of 100 lines available up to a length of 90 letters and spaces each with five response categories.
Demographics Analyzer
We can help you with educational equity* reports. You can use a special codes option (demographics) at the top of the questionnaire to enter up to 20 spaces for data about students, staff, etc. Our program can then analyze your questionnaire results by those demographics and print the reports you need.

equity is the product of a process which ensures fairness for every child within
the educational system.

by response group, each question in the survey, the percentage of responses
for each question, total responses for each question and overall total response
and percentage. A sample report is attached.
