EPES Testing, Inc. 606 Peach St. Magnolia, AR 71753 EPES Testing, Inc. began as an educational consulting firm under Dr. Dean C. Andrew, a PhD in Educational Psychology, who founded the parent firm, EPES, Inc., in the early 1970's. EPES stands for Educational Planning and Evaluation Services. In 1976 Judy A. Pine began working with EPES and in 1987, partnered with Dr. Andrew in working with grade level teachers to develop practice tests for Arkansas, Mississippi, and Louisiana state criterion referenced tests. From that early beginning, the company has produced Practice Tests for almost every well known standardized test plus state tests for Arkansas, California, Louisiana, Florida, South Carolina, Virginia, and more.

          EPES Testing was founded and incorporated in 1992. It is privately owned and operated with Judy A. Pine as president and owner. She has a degree in secondary education.

          EPES Testing, Inc. has developed Practice Tests and Testing Services for teachers by teachers. It also offers Customized Scan Survey Services.

           In 1998, EPES Testing introduced our web site making available a wide variety of products plus samples from the various Practice Tests and Customized Scan Services.
